Hypnosis is a natural state that we go in and out of every day. We are in this state about 30 minutes before we fall asleep at night and 30 minutes after we wake up in the morning. Hypnosis happens when you are watching tv or reading a book and are engrossed in the story. Highway hypnosis occurs when you are driving along and suddenly miss your exit or are unaware of how far you have driven.

In our session, you will experience a deep state of relaxation, fully aware of what is going on. This state of relaxation allows the subconscious part of your brain to be fully open to new suggestions and override any beliefs or negative thought patterns that are not serving you.
